Cackle Street are delighted to announce that our Christmas event at Xscape Milton Keynes has been shortlisted for a prestigious REVO Purple Apple Marketing Award.
The awards are hotly contested, and dished out by REVO (formerly the British Council of Shopping Centres) every year in a swanky celebrity filled ceremony. The Purple Apples are the top marketing awards in the UK, and highly coveted by shopping centre marketers and agencies alike.
Cackle Street were commissioned by Xscape to provide an innovative Christmas experiential campaign to blow the competition out of the water. The campaign was a mix of traditional Christmas activity (including a Santa so awesome he'd have you questioning things...) as well as up-to-the-minute technology in our Virtual Reality Sleigh Ride.
We also managed the PR for the campaign. We managed to hit publications new to Xscape with this innovative and effective event, and wrote a successful award application too...!
Just being shortlisted for these prestigious awards is a real achievement, although we've all got our fingers crossed for taking the gong home! The awards ceremony takes place on 4th May in London. Good luck, Xscape!
